By voluntarily participating in the above-named in-person or online event(s) (the “Events”), I give Bright Business and its agents my permission to be photographed, recorded, and/or videotaped while attending such Events (my “Participation”). 

I also give Bright Business a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, alter, copy, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, exhibit, publish, and publicly display these photos or videos, along with my name, likeness, image, or voice, for Bright Business’ own publicity, promotional, archival, fundraising, and educational purposes, in any and all markets, media, languages, and formats now known or later discovered (including online and on third party social media sites). I waive any rights to approve the photographs, films, or recordings of my Participation.  I release Bright Business from all liability, costs, and damages which might arise from my Participation or from the use of any photo and/or video of such Participation. 

I understand that this form is binding on me, my relatives, heirs, estate, legal representatives and assigns. 

This release will be construed according to the laws of California.
